Participants: All current-year high school students.
High school students from across the state of Iowa attend Business Horizons, a week-long camp where they run their own mock business. Students interact with business leaders to learn about the free enterprise system and work in teams. With volunteer mentors, they design a marketing plan, create a television commercial and deliver an investor presentation.
Participants: Individuals from all walks of life interested in the growth of Iowa
Leadership Iowa annually selects enterprising men and women from across Iowa to interact on a range of issues including economic development, education, government and more. This eight-month, leadership development program plays a significant role in cultivating Iowa's future leaders.
