Prior to joining the Principal Wellness Company, Derick worked for Principal in the self funded market focusing on clients over 100 employee lives. Derick frequently speaks about wellness at seminars, symposiums and events to help raise awareness of how a robust wellness program can benefit both the employer and the employee. Derick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa. |
