Kevin Weiss is the Senior Director, Corporate Benefits for Rockwell Collins.
Rockwell Collins is a global provider of aerospace and defense products in-flight deck avionics, cabin electronics, mission communications, information management, and simulation & training spanning across 27 countries with approximatley 20,000 employees, worldwide.
Since 2006, Kevin has been responsible for global benefits strategy and benefit communications for all benefits programs including active and retiree health & welfare, wellness, savings plan, pension and voluntary benefit programs. Previously, he has held strategic Human Resource senior management roles in Staffing, Compensation, M&A, International HR, Training and Development and Employee Relations.
Kevin holds a B.S.S. in Sociology and Political Science from Cornell College and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University. |
