USERRA NOTICE REQUIRMENT
President Bush signed the Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2004 on December 10, 2004. The law requires employers to provide employees with notice of their rights, benefits and obligations under USERRA. The "notice" requirement went into effect on March 10, 2005.
