Changes to Iowa Department of Economic Development programs including limiting tax credits for film office to 25% of the qualified expenditures in the state for each project.Also allows 1.5% of the moneys from the renewable fuels infrastructure fund to be used for marketing the program.
The bill is effective Effective July 1, 2008
