The bill increases the current limitation on the total aggregate amount of investment tax credits for seed capital and business investments from $10 million to $12.5 million and limits the total amount of tax credits for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008, to $2.5 million.Also changes the eligibility requirements for qualifying businesses from $10 million to $5 million.
