Transportation Investment Moves the Economy in the 21st Century (TIME-21) is a proposal to provide support for maintenance to Iowa's primary road system.Raises additional $160 million by 2013 for transportation infrastructure by increasing vehicle and truck registration and title fees.Beginning with model year 2010, pickups will be assessed a registration fee based on the weight/value formula that applies to cars.Business-trade truck registration fees are capped at $150.
