Allocate at least $5 million to the physical infrastructure assistance program portion of the $50 million annual Grow Iowa Values Fund and exempts projects funded by this program from the job and wage requirements as long as the project is an infrastructure project that meets certain performance measurements set by the Department of Economic Development.
The bill is effective Effective April 18, 2008
