Bill would require employers to give four (4) hours of unpaid leave to any employee requesting time off to attend a presidential caucus.Requires written request by employee and allows employer the ability to request exemption for economic interruption from the county auditor.Bill passed the Senate in two forms - as stand alone bill and as part of the final standing appropriations bill.Neither version was approved by the House.
