Makes technical corrections to the plumbing and mechanical licensing bill that was passed during the 2007 legislative session.The changes include immediate effective dates for board appointment and rulemaking.Delays the enforcement date from July 2008 to January 2009.Also adds exemptions for suppliers and routine maintenance.
