Bills proposed several sweeping changes to unemployment compensation including increasing eligibility to unemployment compensation benefits for persons unattached to the workforce.Allows unemployment comp benefits to individuals who have been victims of domestic abuse, follow a spouse who relocates for job or quits job to care for ailing family member.Allows for extended benefits if an individual enrolls in workforce training program.
