The EPA required DNR to appoint members to a Compliance Advisory Panel under the Clean Air Act.Members on the panel consist of two public representatives appointed by the governor and four elected officials appointed by the leadership of the general assembly.The legislation also adds the definition to the Iowa Code of a small business stationary source.
The bill is effective Effective July 1, 2008
