Pilot project for environmental management program.Provides incentives for waste management companies who take additional environmental steps, rather than just looking at the reduction of landfill space.The bill also establishes a taskforce to address the redemption law which is made up of interested parties, including a representative from ABI.
The bill is effective Effective July 1, 2008
