Details

Legislation requires a committee to be formed in order to explore sustainable funding alternatives for natural resources. Members include the Sierra Club, Izaak Walton League, Iowa Renewable Fuels Association, Iowa Farm Bureau, Iowa Farmers Union, and others. The panel is to report back to the General Assembly alternative proposals for funding Iowa's natural resources.

The bill is effective Effective July 1, 2008
