Details
Will allow the Governor's appointed Director of Iowa Workforce Development to hire the Workers Compensation and Labor Commissioners as "at will" employees of the state.  Currently both are appointed by the Governor, confirmed by 2/3 vote of Senate and serve 6-year terms.
