Directs the Iowa Department of Education to adopt rules for alternative licensure of secondary teachers endorsed to teach only science, mathematics, engineering, or technology courses. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a major course of study in science, mathematics, engineering, or technology, classroom management instruction and other direct experience in the field.
