Taking Care of Business Conference Gets Bigger and Better Each Year

About 60 days from now, ABI will host its 115th annual convention. Some years ago, to better reflect the changes and the growth that have taken place regarding this important event, the name of the annual convention was changed to the Taking Care of Business Conference.

Iowa's Taking Care of Business Conference gets bigger and better each year. If you want to add value for your business, there is simply no better place for you to be than at this meeting. The 2018 edition will be the best ever, with hundreds of people converging on Coralville-Iowa City on June 5-7.

You can look forward to THREE excellent keynote speakers. Internationally known best-selling authors Marc Goodman and Peter Zeihan will share information about what the future holds for your business – and about how you and your employees can succeed and profit from it. Dr. John Anderson will share information about successfully managing an ever more challenging logistics pipeline. As for other conference highlights, one is the region itself. The Iowa River Landing area is vastly different from ABI’s last visit 10 years ago. There will even be an event at historic Kinnick Stadium, the home of the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Some of you come for golf. Well, conference attendees will enjoy golf at one of our state's great courses, the Brown Deer Golf Club. The club has been called the finest public course in Iowa, and you will have the opportunity to play it by attending the conference.
