Administrative rules committee continues to meet

ABI has had several issues that affect members come before the Administrative Rules Review Committee since the end of the 2015 legislative session. In addition to having three full-time lobbyists at the Capitol, ABI watches all publications from the administrative bulletin. Just last month the Labor Division of Iowa Workforce Development proposed several new rules relating to everything from boiler and pressure vessels to non-english speaking employees.
