Congratulations for making the great decision to attend Business Horizons! You are in for a fantastic experience. Below you will find the application form for Business Horizons 2021. This year’s program will be held July 18-22 at Central College in Pella.

Complete and submit the form below to apply for this year's program. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the application, please contact us.

Please provide your participation payment at the same time or immediately following the submission of your application. Payments can be made online by credit card or by check to "Business Horizons."

Cost: The total cost to attend is $385. This covers lodging and all meals, materials and activities for the week. However, please make note of our two discount deadlines:

  • Apply before May 14: $60 discount (total cost $325)
  • Apply between May 15-June 14: $35 discount (total cost $350)
