Please complete the form below to nominate a current or emerging Iowa leader who you believe would benefit from the Leadership Iowa experience. Self-nominations are also encouraged. Individuals must be nominated in order to apply and be considered for Leadership Iowa.

Nominations are accepted year-round, but must be received by April 1 to be eligible for the upcoming year’s program. After April 1, nominees will receive communication informing them of their nomination and details regarding the application process.
