2016 Presidential Watch: Ernst event draws hopefuls

2016 Presidential Watch

• U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) will hold a series of events in eastern and northern Iowa between May 28 and 30.
• U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst will host a Roast and Ride on June 6. This is the first of what Ernst plans to make an annual event. Presidential hopefuls Dr. Ben Carson, South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, Carly Fiorina, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, and Wisconsin Gov.Scott Walker.
• New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will be the featured speaker at the Polk County GOP Spring Dinner on June 11.
