Federal Spotlight: Congress takes steps against ambush election rule
The U.S. Senate and House have introduced identical Congressional Review Act resolutions (S.J. Res 8 and H.J. Res 29), which, if passed, would formally signal Congressional disapproval of the National Labor Relations Board’s “ambush” election rule.
