ABI comments on Iowa Department of Revenue rules

Nicole Crain, ABI’s Senior Vice President, Public Policy, testified last week before the Administrative Rules Review Committee on the Iowa Department of Revenue’s proposed rules for sales and use tax exemptions on supplies used in the manufacturing process. ABI also provided formal comment to the department requesting clarification on a couple of items in the rules.
