ABI Comments on Multiple Employer Health Plan

The Iowa Insurance Division put out a request for comment on SF 2349 as passed and signed into law earlier this month. The Insurance Division will be responsible for developing rules to implement the legislation. ABI, with the help of member company LMC, provided comments to the Insurance Division on suggestions ABI has with the development of any regulations related to Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs).
