Air quality fee rule to go before legislative committee

On Tuesday, Nov. 10, the Administrative Rules Review Committee - a joint committee of the Iowa House and Senate - will hear comments from interested parties related to air quality rules proposed by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. The rules are included in Senate File 488, which was passed by the Legislature and signed by Gov. Terry Branstad during the 2015 legislative session.
