ATRA Holds Webinar on COVID-19 Related Liability Concerns for Businesses

The American Tort Reform Association (ATRA), a valuable partner and an organization of which ABI is a member, recently held a webinar that discussed the coming litigation surge businesses are likely to face because of the coronavirus. ATRA staff walked through a number of different scenarios and situations where businesses could face litigation. They discussed proactive legislative solutions that can be enacted, looked at the states that have implemented such measures and elaborated on how they can be a resource for allies in this new fight.
