Biochemical renewable production tax credit introduced

Gov. Terry Branstad also addressed the renewable chemical production tax credit during his Condition of the State address on Tuesday. The Iowa Senate has introduced Senate Study Bill 3001 (SSB3001) and the Iowa House passed the legislation twice last year. The proposal is now considered revenue neutral to the state.
