DNR’s air quality fee rule moves forward

The Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) had a special telephone meeting this morning to move forward with the Iowa Department of Natural Resource’s (DNR) proposed rule on air quality fees. ABI members have been very actively providing feedback to ABI and the DNR about potential efficiencies and changes that could be made to the proposed rule.
