DNR to hold public hearings on air quality fees

In addition to the hearing before the Administrative Rules Review Committee, the DNR will hold three public hearings in November related to air quality fees. ABI staff and members of the environment have been heavily involved in this process, participating in stakeholder meetings, helping to develop legislation and providing feedback to DNR on the proposed rules. It is very important for companies to comment on the rules if they have concerns about what this means financially and for plant operations efficiencies.
