Federal Spotlight: Date for Public Hearing on WOTUS Unveiled

The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency have announced a public hearing on the newly revised Water of the United States (WOTUS) rule will take place on Feb. 27 and 28 in Kansas City, Kansas. The hearing was previously scheduled to take place last month, but was delayed due to the partial government shutdown. The deadline to register for the hearing is Feb. 21.
