Federal Spotlight: Final Presidential Debate is Tonight

October 22, 2020

With a week and a half to go until Tuesday, Nov. 3, President Trump and former Vice President Biden will square off this evening one more time as they make their case to voters nationwide in the homestretch of the campaign. The debate, taking place at Belmont University in Nashville, will start at 8 p.m. CST. Debate moderator Kristen Welker of NBC News is expected to focus on topics such as COVID-19, race, climate change, national security and more. Controversy and chaos have surrounded the debates this year as the first debate was viewed by many as essentially a shouting match, while the second debate never occurred as planned due to both candidates opting out for individual town hall meetings. You can watch the second and last debate on any major news channel.
