Federal Spotlight: President Biden Signs Executive Order on Digital Assets

Not only are discussions related to consumer protection taking place in the state, but they are also occurring at the federal level. Last week, President Joe Biden signed an Executive Order covering six priorities related to digital assets, which include policy development for digital asset systems.
