Gov. Branstad orders review of alcohol beverage laws

Gov. Terry Branstad has directed Iowa’s Economic Development Authority Director Debi Durham and Alcohol Beverages Division Director Steve Larson to review Iowa’s alcoholic beverages laws. Iowa has a three-tier system for manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, and ABI has members this review could potentially affect. ABI has continued to advocate for fairness in the system.
