IWD Rules Noticed

The Iowa Department of Workforce Development has proposed new rules touching on unemployment benefits, including voluntary quits for supplemental employment, vacation pay, shared work plans and overpayments, and a rule implementing the new workers’ compensation online system (WECS). The rules are open for comment until mid-September, and ABI is gathering feedback.
