Movement on broadband, cell tower bills slows

The Iowa Senate Ways and Means Committee was scheduled to debate broadband legislation on Thursday. However, the bill was removed from the debate calendar. Legislation dealing with cell tower siting requirements has not yet been assigned a subcommittee in the senate. ABI continues to support both pieces of legislation and talk to senators about the importance of the bill.
