Participation requested: final round of DNR air permit fee advisory meetings next week

Earlier this month, several ABI members participated in the first round of fee advisory meetings for establishing the framework of the new air permit fees. The deadline is quickly approaching to establish these fees for January and the DNR has stated meetings on Tuesday-Wednesday next week will likely be the last stakeholder meetings before the new fees go before the Environmental Protection Commission for approval. Here are the details for the final meetings:
- Title V/Major Source: Tuesday, 9:30 a.m.
- Minor Source: Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.
- Asbestos Notification: Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.
