Take Action: DOL overtime comments due FRIDAY

As you have read in previous versions of the ABI newsletter, a new rule under consideration by the Department of Labor would substantially change the rules for when employees must pay overtime, increases the salary threshold at which an employee is eligible for overtime and includes an automatic escalator provision. This rule would affect many ABI member companies. The period to submit public comments on this proposal ends Friday.
